Arrival

We suggest that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in and change.

Health Club and Pool Amenities

To ensure maximum benefits of your spa services, we advise all guests who wish to make use of the health club and pool amenities to arrive 60 min’s prior to your appointment time to enjoy these amenities prior to your spa treatment.*

Conditions and Medications

Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies or concerns we need to know about in order to ensure the best quality for your personalized treatment.

What to Wear

There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided in your treatment suite. You may choose to bring a swimsuit if taking any bath or steam treatments. Facial gowns are provided for facials. Other body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however, you may leave your underwear on for massages. Disposable under garments are provided to all guests.

Reservations and Cancellations

A valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation.  We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.  In the instance that changes or cancellations are made after this deadline, or an appointment is “skipped” without notice, your credit card will be charged in full.

Gratuities and Taxes

For your convenience, an 18% gratuity and applicable taxes will be added to your services and packages.  Please speak to our spa concierge if you prefer to make any changes to this formula.
